Final Walkthrough and Handover Sheet
One page to walk the floor with the customer, agree the punch list, write down the three dates, record what was installed, and sign. Add your business name and print it.
What it is for
The last day on site, in one page: the walkthrough checklist, the punch list, the three return-to-service dates, what was installed and the conditions it went down in, and both signatures. Fill it in with the customer before the crew leaves and before the final invoice, leave them a copy, and keep one in the job file. The reasoning behind each section is in customer handover and floor care.
- The three dates come from the last product's data sheet, scaled to the temperature on site. For a polyaspartic floor the polyaspartic cure time calculator does that, and the first 24 hours after coating explains what each date permits
- The conditions are the readings you took for the job. The dew point calculator gives you the spread
- Leave the care sheet with it. The customer floor care guide is the companion page
The sheet
Add your details and they appear on the sheet. Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere: it lives in this tab until you print.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do I fill this in?
On site, on the last day, before the crew leaves and before the final invoice goes out. Walk the floor once on your own with the sheet, then again with the customer, and fill in the punch list and the dates together. Leave the customer a copy and keep one in the job file.
Where do the three dates come from?
From the data sheet of the last product you applied, scaled to the temperature on site, because a data sheet rates its times at one temperature and the job is rarely at it. For a polyaspartic floor the polyaspartic cure time calculator does the scaling. The sheet leaves them blank on purpose: a date printed in advance would be right for one product and wrong for the next.
Can I put my own logo on it?
The sheet prints your business name, phone and website or email in the header, and nothing of ours. For a logo, save it as a PDF from the print dialog and add the logo in any PDF editor, or print it on your own letterhead.
