About Trade Epoxy

Trade Epoxy is a free suite of online calculators made specifically for epoxy and concrete flooring contractors. Every tool is built around the real decisions you make on a job — how much product to order, how to mix it, how long it takes to cure, and what to charge — instead of generic math. No sign-up, no cost, and it works on your phone right on site.

Flooring contractors lose time and money to guesswork: over-ordering kits, under-quoting jobs, and mis-timing recoats. We built Trade Epoxy to put fast, consistent, trade-specific numbers in your pocket — so you can quote with confidence and order the right amount the first time.

The toolkit covers the whole job, from measuring up to pricing:

• Area & measurement — square meters and square feet, plus linear lengths for trims and edging.
• Coating materials — flake broadcast and color blends, resin mix ratios, quartz and metallic systems, moisture vapor barrier, deep pour, and epoxy grout.
• Surface prep & cure — grinding time and cost, crack repair, and polyaspartic cure times.
• Quoting & pricing — garage-floor estimates, profit margin, and quoting cost.
• Business overheads — fixed-cost spreader, equipment depreciation, consumables & PPE, and vehicle running cost.
• Marketing & leads — Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, and marketing cost per day.

Every result is an estimate based on industry-standard reference values and the inputs you provide. Real-world results vary by product, substrate, conditions, and technique — so always confirm critical figures against the manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet (TDS) before ordering or applying. The calculators are free to use, with no account required, and we add new tools over time based on what the trade asks for. If a calculation saves you a callback to the supplier or a blown quote, it's done its job.

Trade Epoxy is actively being improved — we're regularly refining the calculators and adding new ones based on feedback from the trade.

On the way:

• A mobile app — the same calculators in a dedicated app for iPhone and Android, built for quick use on site.
