Trade Epoxy provides free online calculators designed to assist epoxy and concrete flooring contractors with material estimation, job costing, and related calculations. The Service is operated by Trade Epoxy ("we", "us", or "our"), registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

All calculations, results, and outputs provided by the Service are estimates only. Nothing on this website constitutes professional, engineering, financial, legal, or trade advice of any kind.

Calculator results are based on user-supplied inputs and industry-average rates. Actual material consumption, job costs, cure times, and other outputs will vary based on product specifications, substrate conditions, application method, ambient environment, and operator technique.

You must independently verify all results against your product's Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and consult qualified professionals before placing orders, submitting quotes, or making any financial decisions.

You may use the Service for lawful purposes related to estimating, planning, and pricing flooring jobs. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service without prior written consent
• Misrepresent the source of calculator outputs or imply that results are professionally certified
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

All content on the Service — including calculator logic, interface design, text, graphics, data, and code — is owned by or licensed to Trade Epoxy and is protected by intellectual property laws in the UAE, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and internationally.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercialise any part of the Service without our express written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that calculations will be accurate, complete, or error-free
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors
• Warranties that results will be suitable for any specific project, product, or application

We do not warrant that any coverage rate, cure time, production rate, or other figure displayed on the Service will match the performance of any specific product in any specific environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trade Epoxy, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Financial loss resulting from over-ordering or under-ordering materials based on calculator outputs
• Job failures, defects, or rework costs arising from reliance on calculator estimates
• Losses arising from inaccurate user inputs or misapplication of results

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or equivalent legislation), our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Service uses third-party tools including Web3Forms for feedback submission processing. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Any links to external websites are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any external sites.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Nothing in this clause limits the application of mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction where such laws cannot be contractually excluded, including Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer protection directives, and equivalent legislation in other countries.
