Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse location in Atlanta, GA via FedEx, UPS and USPS (larger shipments will ship via common carrier).

We do not offer weekend shipping. All orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped out early in the next week. Orders placed by 1pm Monday through Thursday will normally ship out by the end of the following day unless they are special orders or out of stock. Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse.

Hazardous materials, large volume liquids and heavy equipment have a flat rate shipping fee due to the nature of the contents and weight of the items.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we just ship within the United States.

Handling time: 1-2 day (Monday – Friday)
Transit time: 3-5 days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping cost is based on your order, you can check your shipping cost in the checkout page.

SHIPPING STATUS

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

ORDER CHANGES

Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it while the tracking status shows it has been delivered we recommend that you contact the courier to locate your shipment. If the problem persists, please email us at contact@tradeepoxy.com.
