Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse location in Atlanta, GA via FedEx, UPS and USPS (larger shipments will ship via common carrier).

We do not offer weekend shipping. All orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped out early in the next week. Orders placed by 1pm Monday through Thursday will normally ship out by the end of the following day unless they are special orders or out of stock. Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse.

Hazardous materials, large volume liquids and heavy equipment have a flat rate shipping fee due to the nature of the contents and weight of the items.

Sales and Return Policies

All products purchased through Trade Epoxy are eligeble for a 30 day return period from the date of purchase, provided that they are in their original packaging, unused and authorized by Trade Epoxy prior to returning.  Authorization number issued by Trade Epoxy must appear on all packaging slips and containers. In addition, all packaging slips must include quantity and description of products returned, the reason for return, the P.O. number originally used for the purchase of the products and Trade Epoxy's invoice number.

Customers must pay for return shipping.

 “Used/expired” or open products may not be returned for refund, replacement or credit.

All claims for errors, shortages, damaged etc., must be made within 24 hours, and no later than 5 DAYS AFTER DATE OF INVOICE. Failure to give such notice shall constitute a waiver by the buyer of all claims thereof.
